Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jqk22, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. By accessing or using any part of the jqk22 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or taking part in any game or bet offered, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

Failure to provide such documents may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete. Details provided during registration must be consistent with your official identification documents such as your MyKad or passport.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

jqk22 offers a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto payments, which use the current exchange rate.

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by jqk22 are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to KYC requirements.
• All deposits must come from an account or wallet registered in the same user's name.

jqk22 reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. In such cases, the platform may request additional supporting documents before approving any transaction.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jqk22 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to wagering requirements and a validity period set at the time the promotion is launched. Users are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit of up to RM888. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 with an account balance of RM300, and the wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Another example: a deposit of RM1,000 gives a bonus of RM888 (maximum limit) with an account balance of RM1,888, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• jqk22 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of promotion abuse.
• Users who discover or encounter a bug or technical error that provides an unfair advantage must report it to support immediately.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback: Bronze Tier up to 0.5%, Silver Tier up to 1.0%, and Gold Tier up to 1.5%.

Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your password, username and all activity that occurs under your account confidential. jqk22 recommends that you do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify the jqk22 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jqk22 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

Any attempt to access another user's account, hack the platform's systems, use automated software (bots), or carry out any activity that compromises the integrity of the games is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

jqk22 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or terminate the account of any user found to be involved in the following:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any time.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bonuses.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using automated software, bots or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Filing unjustified chargebacks against legitimate transactions (chargeback fraud).

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any funds or bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements may be forfeited. jqk22 reserves the right to recover any losses incurred as a result of such breaches through appropriate legal channels.

Responsible Gambling

In all cases, jqk22's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the incident.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jqk22 holds its licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the licensing body.
